With every unit we build we take great strides to ensure your investment with us last longer than what the OEM can provide-

We offer the Highest Quality Epoxy Primer and Paint to help protect your investment when you buy a replacement unit from us or opt to get you unit sand blasted and epoxy coated and refinished completely. We offer this service because we know corrosion and understand how destructive it can be. If you are in salt water or your keep your boat in the water for any extended period of time this option is for you. 

We test everything that leaves our facility-

We have several tests that we conduct to insure the correct pressures and forces are produced as well as valves are working and shifting properly. We aren't perfect and we do have failures but we have your back and we want to make something right if its wrong. We also go beyond the OEM specifications and on many units we make various spring and valve modifications to ensure the factory failure points do not occur. We see thousands of these failures over and over again and we do our best to ensure they do not happen again. 

Commercial Or Recreational-

Wether you are commercial or recreational we send everything out with a 2 Year Warranty. We believe if we did our job correctly your unit should last at a minimum of two years regardless of the application. If Tow Boat US and Sea Tow can trust our Warranty so can you. 

What Should You Do If You Have A Warranty?

If you have a issue with your unit please contact us immediately and let us know what is happening we may have a simple solution to keep you on the water and prevent you from lost time. Also keep in mind we have your best interests and we want to make something right if in fact it is wrong. We give you a two year warranty if you have a issue please let us know right away but we understand your season may be short and dealing with a tiny leak may be easier than pulling the boat and sending it our way in this case we may recommend you to keep using it and send it when your season is over and it is more convenient for you. 

Who Pays For Shipping Of Warranty Items? 

We do not cover warranty items being shipped to us. On occasion we will pay for this but it is at our discretion. The reason for this is some failures are not caused by failure of workmanship but rather negligence or a act of god. 
We do cover shipping to the Lower Continental United States if the failure was caused by a failure of workmanship or faulty parts from the factory. 

Who covers fees or lost time due to failure? 

We do not cover any fees surrounding the removal or installation or haul out fees for anything we rebuild. Our Warranty covers only our parts and workmanship on the item we rebuilt or sold only that and nothing further. We also do not cover lost time for working commercial and recreational boats we have thousands of customers who are hardcore commercial fisherman and guides who log more hours in a year than most will log in a lifetime we treat everyone the same and our two year warranty applies to both commercial and recreational boaters if we did our job properly at a very minimum it should last 2 years in the harshest environment. 

What is not covered under our Full 2 Year Warranty?

Being in the marine industry a lot can go wrong wether your a Bass Boat owner trailering your boat half way across the state for a tournament or you are in Ocean City keeping your Contender in the ocean for half the season we've seen it all. We try to educate as much as possible but everything from traffic accidents to water saturated boats to hitting submerged objects it can be very difficult owning and operating and maintaining a boat and even if you do everything right someone can rear end you at a red light and send your outboard flying. We will work with you and we mean that we are boat owners and we get it. Even if something is not covered under our warranty we almost always offer a fix for something at a reduced price to off set the cost of your misfortunes.

-Improper Grounding Of Boat And Unit And Or Parts
-Marine Growth On Unit And Or Parts
-Failure To Use Aluminum Safe Antifouling Paint When Stored In Water 
-Physical Damage 
-Stray Current Or Galvanic Corrosion
-Corrosion Caused By Salt Or Brackish Water
-Submerged Hydraulic Rams And Seals 
-Improper Fluids 
-Improper Service Of Sacrificial Anodes 
-Tampering With Unit (Breaking Of Tamper Seals Or Seal Check) 
-Sticky Trim Switch 
-Improper Alignment Of Midsection 
-Improper Splice Connections 
-Bad Relays 
-Bad Wiring 
-Corrosion Or Rust On Motor 
-Burnt Motor
